TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 

Cancellations​

We politely request that 48 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment otherwise a 50% charge is applied. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a 100% charge will apply. Failure to pay cancellation charges will result in a ban on all future bookings at The Beauty Spot.

Deposits

We require a 25% deposit for all bookings. Reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before and your deposit will be transferred over. 

​

Patch Testing

For treatments involving tint or lash adhesive, a patch test will be required at least 24 hours prior to your first appointment, even if you have had a patch test done before elsewhere. This is a requirement by insurance and is non negotiable. Failure to come for a patch test will result in your booking being cancelled.​

​

Minors

Children under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the appointment. We politely request that for appointments which involve you being led down for a long period of time, you leave small children at home, there are lots of dangerous chemicals and sharp implements in the salon and our insurance does not cover children in this instance.

Late Arrivals​

We politely ask you arrive 5 minutes early to your first appointment to fill out a consultation form. We will do our utmost to accommodate late arrivals, however your treatment may be shortened or an alternative offered. In some cases, you may have to be turned away.

 

Messages​

We endeavour to reply to all messages as quickly as possible, however, if we are very busy with appointments there may be a slight delay. Bookings can now be made 24/7 by clicking the online booking button at the top of this page.

Any messages received out of hours will be replied to the next working day.

Feedback​

Hayley welcomes all feedback whether positive or negative. Every care is taken to ensure your experience at The Beauty Spot is first class, if for some reason you don't feel this expectation was met, please get in touch at hayleymhicks@outlook.com and she will try to resolve this as soon as possible.

Dogs/Pets

We have a duty to ensure the highest level of hygiene in the salon and also to ensure the comfort and safety of all of our clients. For this reason we are unable to welcome dogs or pets in to the salon (with the exception of registered guide dogs).
